1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of GeoHaul Express LLC (“GeoHaul,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
GeoHaul Express provides logistics and courier services including:
- Domestic delivery within UAE and KSA
- Cross-border shipping between UAE and KSA
- E-commerce fulfillment and COD services
- Warehousing and storage solutions
- Road freight services across GCC countries
- Customs clearance (B2C and B2B)
- Value-added logistics services
Service availability may vary by location and product type.
3. User Obligations
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information for all shipments, including:
- Sender and recipient details
- Package contents and values
- Contact information
- National Address (for KSA deliveries)
Prohibited Items
You agree not to ship:
- Hazardous materials and dangerous goods
- Illegal substances and contraband
- Weapons and explosives
- Perishable goods (without prior arrangement)
- Items prohibited by UAE, KSA, or destination country laws
- Counterfeit goods or items violating intellectual property rights
Packaging Requirements
You are responsible for proper packaging to prevent damage during transit. We are not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging.
4. Pricing and Payment
Rates
Shipping rates are based on:
- Weight and dimensions
- Origin and destination
- Service type (express, standard, economy)
- Additional services requested
Payment Terms
- Payment is due as per agreed terms (prepaid or credit account)
- COD fees apply to Cash on Delivery services
- We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts without prior notice
Duties and Taxes
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the shipper or receiver as agreed.
5. Delivery
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Weather conditions or force majeure events
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Recipient unavailability
- Regulatory inspections
Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed:
- We make up to 3 delivery attempts
- Packages may be held for collection or returned to sender
- Storage fees may apply after 7 days
- Unclaimed packages after 30 days may be disposed of
Proof of Delivery
Delivery is deemed complete upon signature, photo confirmation, or authorized release to recipient or designated location.
6. Liability and Insurance
Limited Liability
Our liability is limited to the lesser of:
- Actual value of goods (with proof)
- AED 50 per shipment for domestic shipments
- AED 350 per shipment for international shipments
Exclusions
We are not liable for:
- Loss or damage due to improper packaging
- Delays caused by customs, weather, or force majeure
- Indirect, consequential, or special damages
- Prohibited or undeclared items
- Acts beyond our reasonable control
Insurance
Additional insurance coverage is available for high-value shipments. Contact us for rates and terms.
7. Claims and Complaints
Filing Claims
Claims for loss or damage must be filed:
- Within 7 days of delivery (for damage)
- Within 15 days of shipment delivery (for loss/partial loss)
- With supporting documentation (photos, invoices, proof of value)
Complaint Resolution
We are committed to resolving complaints promptly:
- Contact customer service with details
- Investigation initiated within 2 business days
- Resolution provided within 14 business days
- Escalation available if unsatisfied

8. Customs Clearance
For international and cross-border shipments:
- You authorize us to act as your customs broker
- Accurate product descriptions and declared values must be provided
- You are responsible for obtaining necessary permits
- Customs delays are beyond our control
- You indemnify us against penalties arising from incorrect information
9. Warehousing and Storage
For warehousing services:
- Goods stored at your risk
- Storage fees apply as per agreement
- We maintain reasonable care but are not insurers
- Goods must be properly packaged and labeled (customer responsibility).
- Hazardous or perishable items require special arrangements
- Unclaimed goods after 60 days may be disposed of
10. Data Protection
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection and processing as described.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, trademarks, and text, is owned by GeoHaul Express LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service for any shipment (As per recipient country rules)
- Suspend or terminate accounts for breach of Terms
- Modify or discontinue services with notice
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- War or civil unrest
- Government actions or restrictions
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Labor disputes
- Technical failures
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
15. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GeoHaul Express regarding our services.
